Refund Policy

Please be aware that we are unable to give refunds due to a change of mind, so please keep in mind when purchasing.

Each of our products has been formulated with the highest possible care and attention to detail.

If you have skin concerns, please do a patch test before using and it is recommended taking a ‘before’ shot of your skin in the unlikely event that a reaction occurs.

If for some reason, you are unhappy with the product/box you have purchased, please email sales@wildsurrounds.com.au within seven (7) days of receiving the products to let us know the nature of your concern. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased.

Please Note: In the case of you having to return products to us, we recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Wild Surrounds will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Shipping

We pack all our boxes with the utmost care to make sure it arrives as fast as possible and in the best condition.

Our boxes are dispatched in the first week of each quarter (June, September, December, March). Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Your package is trackable and insured, to arrive at your door in the condition it leaves ours.

Shipping is included in the price of the box.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you’ll receive your selected box each quarter.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you’ll be charged for each of these deliveries.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

1. Terms

By accessing the website at https://wildsurrounds.com.au, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Wild Surround’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

4. Limitations

In no event shall Wild Surrounds or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Wild Surrounds website, even if Wild Surrounds or a Wild Surrounds authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. The materials appearing on Wild Surrounds website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. 6. Competition and Consumer Act

For the purposes of Schedule 2 of the Australian Consumer Law, in particular Sections 51 to 53, 64 and 64A of Part 3-2, Division 1, Subdivision A of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), Wild Surrounds’ liability for any breach of a term of this agreement is limited to: the supplying of the goods or services to you again; the replacement of the goods; or the payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied to you again.

You must be over 18 years of age to use this website and to purchase any goods or services.

7. Links

Wild Surrounds has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Wild Surrounds of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.

Wild Surrounds may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of QLD and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
